Access is your 24-hour hotline to your personal accounts at
Viking Savings Bank. Just dial 762-3931.
You
can check balances, make loan payments, transfer between
deposit accounts, check CD rates, request
a statement by FAX, and much more! Voice
Access is updated by 1:00 PM and after 6:10 PM weekdays.
Transfers made after 3 PM will be on the next days business.
To use Voice Access, you
will need your account numbers and your PIN, or for first time users, the last
four digits of your social security number. Simply enter the numbers when prompted,
either by speaking, or by touch of your phone number pad. The menu below outlines
your options and the number to say or press to reach that option in each menu.
