and maintain your account(s) we will collect and/or retain

address, telephone number, social security number, annual
income, current and past employers;

and loan account balances and histories with us;

about your transactions with non-affiliated third parties;
and
4. Information
from consumer reporting agencies that may include your credit
and deposit account histories. In order to better serve you,
we also may retain information about the types of products
and services that you purchase from us to learn about your
financial needs and interests.
We may
share this information about you with our subsidiaries and
certain non-affiliated companies that are our agents. We do
this to provide products or services to you, or because these
companies help us perform necessary business functions or
services. This sharing is permitted by law. Such agents are
required to keep confidential any information about you that
we give them. We will obtain your permission to disclose information
to any other companies or persons.

Information
that we have about you is available to our employees and agents
on a "need to know" basis so that they can do their
jobs. We train our employees to protect information that we
have about you. We prohibit our employees and agents from
giving information about you to anyone in a manner that would
violate any applicable law or our privacy policy. We do not
provide information about you to anyone without first verifying
who they are and that they may have legal access to the information.
We also have a disaster preparedness program to secure this
information in case of natural disasters, hazards or threats.
Our security and confidentiality procedures are routinely
tested to make sure they work.
Accuracy
of Information:
We ask
that you contact us at our phone
number or address to correct, complete, or change, any of
your information that you find is inaccurate, incomplete or
not current.
Ending
Customer Relationship:
When
you end your customer relationship with us, or when we end
our customer relationship with you, we will treat the information
we have about you as if you were still our customer.
